Sizing

Here's a size chart that represents our abaya lengths. 

 

Our dresses are standard sizes, akin to typical high street fashion stores like H&M and Zara. The Serena Luxury Satin Bow Dress measures 130cm from the top of the shoulder seam to the hem (bottom) of the dress. 

Deliveries

We have a few options of how to get our products to you, depending on where you live!

For all deliveries, regardless of where you are from, please allow 1-2 days for us to dispatch your order from the day your order was placed.

We are not responsible for any customs duties that may be charged on arrival to the country nor can we take any responsibility for any delay caused by packages being held at customs. Please do your due diligence by checking what customs you may be charged on your delivery and by providing the right contact details for your country customs to contact you on. 

For EU and Rest of the World orders that are not covered by the above shipping rates, please get in touch to arrange custom delivery requests. Also if you have any issues, queries regarding delivery and bulk orders, please email us at info@ayahmodesque.com 

Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for making your order with us. If you're not happy with the product for any reason, you are allowed to return the product. Before returning any goods,  please email us with your order number and which product(s) you would like to return, and we will specify the return instruction: info@ayahmodesque.com

Please be aware of our refund policy outlined below:

The goods to be refunded need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, and need to be returned without being worn, in it's original saleable condition. Goods received after 14 days will unfortunately not be accepted. This includes bank holidays and weekends. 

Once goods are received, you will receive your refund to the original payment card/method within 14 days. It is your responsibility to arrange for shipping back to our address, so please make sure you choose appropriate arrangements, as per instructions over email. 

Unfortunately, we don't provide exchanges.
