Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for making your order with us. If you're not happy with the product for any reason, you are allowed to return the product. Before returning any goods,  please email us with your order number and which product(s) you would like to return, and we will specify the return instruction: info@ayahmodesque.com

Please be aware of our refund policy outlined below:

The goods to be refunded need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, and need to be returned without being worn, in it's original saleable condition. Goods received after 14 days will unfortunately not be accepted. This includes bank holidays and weekends. 

Once goods are received, you will receive your refund to the original payment card/method within 14 days. It is your responsibility to arrange for shipping back to our address, so please make sure you choose appropriate arrangements, as per instructions over email. 

Unfortunately, we don't provide exchanges.
